About the Role
At HUD, the product essentially sells itself to the right audience. Your mission is to identify and effectively engage with this audience on a large scale.
Our target customers include ML engineers, AI researchers, and technical leaders at leading labs and enterprises. They are not swayed by conventional SaaS outreach; they need someone who comprehends their projects, recognizes the flaws in their current evaluation pipelines, and understands how HUD can provide solutions.
This is why we seek a GTM Engineer capable of engaging in technical discussions and closing deals efficiently. We are in search of systems builders, not merely sales representatives.
Responsibilities
Manage HUD's outbound sales pipeline from inception to completion - encompassing targeting, data enrichment, outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
Develop and sustain GTM workflows (e.g., outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, custom tools, and inbound lead qualification).
Leverage AI tools to exponentially increase your productivity (e.g., utilizing code scrapers, automating workflows, and creating internal tools).
Craft and refine messaging that resonates with technical stakeholders, including ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering executives.
Rapidly assimilate knowledge about new prospect businesses and industries, understanding their challenges, workflows, and the significant role HUD plays in addressing them.
Monitor pipeline metrics and enhance conversion rates at every phase of the process.
Collaborate closely with founders to develop and fine-tune our GTM strategy as we grow.
Experience
You may be a strong candidate if you possess:
A proven ability to establish and execute a GTM strategy with tangible, quantifiable results.
A solid history of successfully closing deals.
A background in Computer Science or Engineering, or extensive experience with vibe-coding in a personal capacity.
In-depth understanding of GTM tools and software.
Exceptional written communication skills that resonate with technical audiences.
Experience in early-stage technology startups, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
