The Role
As our inaugural in-house GTM Recruiter, you will take charge of the full recruiting cycle for all commercial roles, including Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and more. This pivotal position necessitates agility and operational excellence as we expand our sales organization. You will identify and secure top-tier GTM talent through robust processes, data-driven enhancements, and an outstanding candidate experience.
This role is perfect for someone who excels at managing full-cycle recruiting pipelines independently, possesses an ownership mentality, can juggle multiple pipelines concurrently, and collaborates closely with our sales leadership as they scale the organization.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the GTM talent pipeline: Manage the comprehensive recruiting process for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success, etc.).
Lead end-to-end recruitment for foundational roles: Source talent from diverse channels, foster relationships over extended periods when necessary, and orchestrate hiring processes that attract the right candidates at the most opportune time.
Act as Avoca’s ambassador to the talent market by crafting authentic outreach that breaks through standard startup messaging and clearly conveys the significance of our mission to candidates who are discerning.
Create a candidate journey that top talent will rave about, ensuring that even declined candidates refer others, interview feedback serves as a learning experience, and our hiring process exemplifies our culture.
