Qualifications
What You’ll Do:
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses, provide insights, and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholders
Assist in the annual GTM planning process, including setting business targets and managing quotas
Enhance and maintain reports and dashboards, refining KPIs to drive insights and business impact
Perform ad hoc, in-depth analyses to address strategic business inquiries and facilitate decision-making
Work collaboratively across departments, partnering with Finance, Recruiting, Enablement, HR, and others on key strategic and operational priorities
Support daily operational processes, including stakeholder engagement, KPI tracking, and process enhancements
Identify automation opportunities to scale efficiently and improve GTM operations
Who You Are:
BA/BS/BE degree required
1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, revenue or growth strategy, or comparable experience as a business analyst
Proficient in quantitative analysis with a proven ability to extract actionable insights from complex data
Detail-oriented and results-driven, demonstrating strong organizational skills
A proactive individual with a strong work ethic, eager to tackle challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
