Qualifications
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement our GTM strategy for specific products in close partnership with Product and Product Marketing teams.
Take ownership of GTM performance metrics and business review processes, including forecasting and Monthly Business Reviews.
Conduct competitive and market analyses to refine our GTM strategy effectively.
Identify priority customer segments and target accounts for our products, ensuring appropriate field coverage.
Design, prioritize, and validate transformation programs aimed at enhancing GTM performance based on data-driven insights.
Establish a robust feedback loop between the field and product teams by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, in addition to shadowing Sales and Customer Success calls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to address key strategic and operational priorities for our Security business.
Who You Are:
2-4 years of experience in GTM strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
A strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations and process improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with BI tools and data analysis.

In this role, you will support the go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for several of our innovative products. You will identify key opportunities to accelerate growth, scale existing product initiatives, and ensure that our GTM strategy evolves in tandem with our product offerings. This position requires close collaboration with our GTM teams as well as our Product and Product Marketing teams.
