About Hebbia
Hebbia is an innovative AI platform tailored for investors and bankers, designed to generate alpha and enhance investment outcomes.
Founded in 2020 by George Sivulka and supported by Andreessen Horowitz, Hebbia empowers investment strategies for major firms including BlackRock, KKR, Carlyle, and Centerview, representing 40% of the globe's largest asset managers. Our flagship offering, Matrix, stands out for its exceptional accuracy, speed, and transparency in AI-driven analysis, and is relied upon to manage over $30 trillion in assets worldwide.
We equip finance professionals with the intelligence they need to gain a competitive edge. Our AI capabilities unveil insights that humans cannot detect, highlight hidden opportunities, and expedite decision-making with unparalleled speed and confidence. We don’t merely enhance workflows; we revolutionize capital deployment, risk management, and value creation across markets.
Hebbia is more than just a tool; it is the competitive advantage that elevates performance, alpha generation, and market leadership.
The Team
Hebbia’s Operations function is a dynamic team dedicated to fostering commercial success, collaboration, and productivity across all go-to-market (GTM) teams. The team emphasizes driving efficiency through analytics, tools, and strategic frameworks to accelerate the efforts of Hebbia's pre- and post-sales teams.
The Role
We are seeking a GTM Systems Lead to take charge of the technical foundation of our revenue engine. This is a builder role where you will create, implement, and continuously refine the systems, automations, and AI-enhanced workflows that empower our GTM teams to perform at their peak. Rather than merely maintaining existing automations, you will proactively identify friction points, devise solutions, and implement them.
You will oversee our entire GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Clay, Claude, and more, while also managing how we leverage AI to transform the operations of our field teams. This is a high-visibility position with substantial ownership that bridges revenue strategy and technical implementation.
This team operates in-person five days a week at our SoHo office in NYC.

- Identify, develop, and iterate on AI-driven workflows using Hebbia, Claude, Clay, and related tools for both pre- and post-sales teams.
- Create and maintain prompt libraries and role-specific AI assistants that empower field team members in their daily tasks; establish measurement frameworks to track impactful changes.
