About the Role:
The Guest Experience department is excited to invite applications for the position of Guest Experience Assistant for the upcoming 2026 season at Oracle Park. This part-time, seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the operations of a Major League ballpark, from the preparation leading up to the first pitch to the wrap-up after the final game. You will work closely with the Ballpark Operations team and various departments within the Giants organization, directly assisting our event staff in providing exceptional experiences for our fans. This role is hands-on and involves a mix of administrative duties, operational coordination, and guest engagement. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the systems and processes that empower our Guest Services team of over 500 members to serve thousands of guests at each event.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee inventory management and distribution of supplies and equipment for event staff.
● Utilize our Incident Tracking System (24/7 Software) to document and monitor guest-related issues.
● Assist in managing operations for the Lost and Found program, which includes tracking, storage, and communication with guests.
● Support the Guest Services team’s wardrobe operations, including uniform distribution and inventory management.
● Maintain departmental records, correspondence, and necessary documentation.
● Update tracking spreadsheets related to incidents, inventory, and staffing.
● Facilitate training for event staff on procedures and ensure completion of required documentation.
● Address guest inquiries at the Guest Services Desk during games and events.
● Contribute to department initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency.
● Participate in pre-season preparations and post-season evaluations.
