- Maintain a pristine uniform, ensuring cleanliness and a presentable appearance that sets a standard for the team while projecting a professional image to guests.
- Securely store guests' luggage in the luggage room.
- Accurately count group luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Facilitate the prompt and efficient transfer of luggage to and from guests' rooms.
- Organize the swift and correct distribution of luggage for groups and crews based on rooming lists provided by the front desk.
- Ensure that the front of house and luggage storage areas are kept tidy and organized.
- Manage the receipt, distribution, sending, and holding of mail and messages.
- Provide room orientation to guests being escorted to their accommodations.
- Answer phones and relay calls and messages effectively.
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
