Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, warmly welcome guests, address inquiries and complaints, and manage room bookings.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards at the Reception desk to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Inspire and nurture the Reception team to ensure seamless department operations and foster a spirit of collaboration.
- Proactively communicate any issues affecting the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport to Management.
Team Leadership
- Provide supportive guidance to the team, enabling them to deliver efficient and effective services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure the quality and appropriateness of customer service provided.
- Maintain the Front Office logbook and prepare shift reports.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems effectively.
- Guarantee all guests experience a swift, smooth, professional, and friendly check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain quality in all aspects of the role.
- Record all banquet and function details held in the hotel.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational challenges.
