We are currently seeking a Guest Service Supervisor who is passionate about leading this team, setting the standard for excellence in every guest interaction, and ensuring that every visitor feels genuinely valued and cared for from their very first moment with us.
What You'll Do
As the Guest Service Supervisor, you will assist the Front Office Manager in guiding the team and overseeing all guest service operations, aiming for unparalleled guest satisfaction. You will ensure that our team consistently meets the standards set by LQA, Forbes 5*, and Michelin Keys in every interaction and shift. Leading by example, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, address guest complaints with empathy, and offer personalized recommendations about hotel amenities and Amsterdam attractions. You will also manage scheduling, conduct daily briefings and team meetings, and provide coaching and training to new staff members. Your involvement in VIP and Groups & Events meetings will be crucial, along with ensuring compliance with safety, HACCP, Green Key, and hotel brand standards.
