The hourly pay range for this role is between $22.00 and $26.40.

Key Responsibilities
• Train new Guest Service employees on hotel processes and procedures while offering support for questions.
• Assist the front desk supervisor with cross-training employees when necessary.
• Ensure that Front Office Leadership is informed about guest feedback and complaints.
• Aid the Front Office Manager with payroll and scheduling tasks.
• Report all accidents to Front Office Leadership, the Director of Operations, and the General Manager immediately, completing the necessary paperwork.
• Oversee inventory and the replenishment of vehicle supplies.
• Manage regular maintenance tasks such as oil and brake fluid checks, tire pressure monitoring, and ski and bike rack swaps.
• Serve as the point of contact with the Audi dealership concerning Audi Experience vehicles, assisting guests with waiver signatures.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures set by Limelight Hotels, the Guest Services Department, and Aspen One.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management.
• Complete delegated tasks and projects from your manager, and assist other departments as needed based on business volume and staffing levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
