About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere in our store. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome and assist customers, guiding them through our diverse range of products while actively promoting our offerings. Utilizing your fashion knowledge, you will ensure customers receive all the necessary information for a delightful shopping experience. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and back of house, collaborating closely with your team to enhance the customer experience.

- Customer Sales & Profit
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging and guiding shoppers throughout the store and any available omni-channel experiences.
- Foster connections with customers, offering insights into current fashion trends, products, and promotions.
- Effectively promote and sell our merchandise, including our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in every interaction.
- Assist store management in executing commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, and competitor offerings.
- Share your product and fashion expertise with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Team & Development
- Share your knowledge and skills with fellow team members.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and legal requirements within the store.
- Engage in constructive feedback with your peers to foster a supportive work environment.
- Participate in onboarding and training programs that aid your role and career growth.
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
- Manage the full garment cycle, from unpacking to ensuring proper care and presentation.
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
- Contribute to a tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
- Assist in creating attractive merchandise displays that highlight current trends and narratives.
