About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome and guide customers throughout the store, actively selling our diverse range of products while providing support and advice. With your keen fashion sense and product knowledge, you will ensure that customers receive all the information they need for an unparalleled shopping experience. Additionally, you will assist in garment restocking, care, and presentation, contributing to a visually appealing and organized sales floor and back of house, collaborating closely with your fellow team members to elevate the customer experience.

Customer Sales & Profit
- Delivering top-notch customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where applicable.
- Engaging customers in conversations to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
- Advising customers on the latest fashion trends, stories, and products throughout the store.
- Effectively promoting and selling our products to enhance sales.
- Actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Assisting the store management team with commercial or operational actions to meet sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Staying informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
- Utilizing your fashion knowledge to share valuable information with customers.
Team & Development
- Sharing your service, fashion, and store operations expertise with colleagues.
- Adhering to all procedures, routines, and legal requirements across the store.
- Giving and receiving constructive feedback from colleagues to foster growth and support.
- Participating in onboarding and training processes relevant to your role and future development.
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
- Managing the complete garment cycle, from unpacking and restocking to steaming and ensuring proper garment care.
- Operating fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Supporting garment presentation and maintaining attractive merchandise displays that highlight current trends and stories.
