As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will involve warmly welcoming customers, guiding them through our store, and actively promoting our products. With your keen fashion sense and product knowledge, you will provide customers with essential information for an exceptional shopping experience. You will also assist with garment replenishment and care, ensuring a clean and organized sales floor, while collaborating closely with your team to create an inviting environment.

Customer Sales & Profit
- Delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations with customers to offer personalized assistance.
- Informing customers about the latest fashion trends and stories across all departments.
- Effectively promoting and selling our products to meet sales targets.
- Encouraging customers to join our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and participating in our sustainability initiatives.
- Representing the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Working with store management to implement commercial strategies to achieve sales goals.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Staying updated with current fashion trends, styles, and market competitors.
- Utilizing your fashion expertise to provide customers with relevant product information.
Team & Development
- Sharing your service, fashion, and operational knowledge with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
- Adhering to store procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
- Giving and receiving constructive feedback to support mutual growth.
- Participating in onboarding and training opportunities for personal and professional development.
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
- Managing the full garment lifecycle from unpacking to presentation.
- Ensuring fitting rooms and checkout areas are maintained according to best practices.
- Contributing to a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
- Supporting merchandising efforts to maintain appealing displays that reflect current trends.
