Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement production non-conformance management processes including MRB, vendor defects, quality audits, and production containments for our insourced PCB line.Analyze production defect data and facilitate quality build reviews to determine root causes and corrective actions.Forge strong relationships with cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate, and ultimately eliminate the impact of production defects.Collaborate with production to develop process enhancements and provide training to technicians to ensure adherence to Starlink standards.Oversee production First Pass Yield (FPY) and true yield metrics to maintain a stable production environment that meets PCB production rates, reliability, and cost requirements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent certification.A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, reliability, manufacturing, or quality assurance.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven ability to think creatively and solve intricate problems with minimal supervision, whether independently or as part of an integrated team.Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.Readiness to tackle challenging situations head-on, utilizing technical knowledge and quality assurance expertise.
