Position Overview: As the Head Manager, you will oversee store operations and staff management to meet our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align operational goals with store team efforts to meet sales targets effectively.
- Manage schedules, operational tasks, visual merchandising, and adhere to timelines.
- Maintain payroll budgets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and Human Resources on employee relations, including any necessary terminations.
- Engage actively in meetings and discussions to foster innovation and share best practices.
- Build and lead a strong team focused on achieving sales and profitability objectives.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through honest, effective leadership.
- Motivate team performance through timely feedback and evaluations.
- Assess and address individual and team development needs through ongoing coaching.
- Recognize and reward team achievements to drive morale and productivity.
