About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Compensation to lead the transformation of Figure’s compensation systems and processes. This role is pivotal in fostering business success through strategic design, governance, and execution. Collaborating closely with Figure’s Chief People Officer (CPO) and various business leaders, you will architect and implement initiatives across corporate and frontline roles and diverse geographies. A data-driven approach will be essential to ensure Figure attracts and retains top-tier talent. This position is ideal for a compensation leader who excels at system optimization, thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and is committed to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with leadership to align compensation outcomes with Figure’s performance objectives.
Design, develop, and sustain salary and equity bands for both frontline and corporate teams.
Implement job architecture and lean leveling to ensure fair and consistent employee rewards.
Enhance equity vehicle designs and overall long-term incentive frameworks.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to refine Figure’s competitive compensation positioning.
Deliver accurate labor cost forecasts to leadership through modeling and analysis.
