We are seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Education Content to oversee all critical customer-facing educational resources. This role is essential for generating leads, converting trial users, enhancing customer engagement, and boosting retention by equipping Pipedrive users with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. You will chart the content roadmap, manage production processes, and assess the effectiveness of all educational materials.
Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Marketing, you will spearhead the content strategy and lead a talented team of 6-7 individuals to drive revenue growth, deepen product engagement, and foster long-lasting customer loyalty.
