About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Growth to lead marketing strategy, funnel optimization, lead generation, and revenue scaling efforts. This role is both strategic and operational, with direct responsibility for campaign performance, lead quality, funnel efficiency, and alignment with the sales business.
The ideal candidate will be the growth leader, making data-driven decisions, proposing continuous improvements to existing funnels, overseeing teams (media buyers, editors, content creators), and closely coordinating with the sales team to maximize conversions and maintain a full calendar of appointments.
This position requires autonomy, an ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong results orientation.
