Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Director of Information Technology to spearhead and expand our global IT operations. This pivotal role involves setting the strategic direction, executing, and optimizing IT infrastructure, service delivery, internal systems, and enterprise applications throughout the organization. You will ensure operational excellence, high-performing systems, and a secure, scalable environment that propels our rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership in IT Operations: Shape the vision and roadmap for global IT operations, including network infrastructure, end-user support, SaaS systems administration, identity management, and endpoint security.
Oversight of Enterprise Systems: Champion the design, deployment, and integration of enterprise systems such as GL, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), HRIS, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Performance & Reliability Management: Own service availability, incident management, and system reliability across enterprise tools and IT services. Implement comprehensive monitoring, metrics, and escalation processes.
Security & Compliance Management: Develop and enforce policies to safeguard data and IT assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
