Your Role
As the inaugural marketing leader at AeroVect, you will spearhead the entire marketing function, laying the groundwork for our growth journey. Your strategic vision will play a crucial role in scaling the company to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the AeroVect brand narrative, visual identity, and website.
Implement targeted account-based marketing strategies for key airline, airport, and ground handler clients in close collaboration with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
Oversee product marketing and positioning for complex, multi-stakeholder sales, providing the GTM team with compelling messaging to drive success.
Establish customer reference and advocacy programs, including case studies.
Manage communications, public relations, analyst engagements, and executive visibility with major industry associations and regulatory bodies.
Develop a thought leadership initiative for the executive team, leveraging owned media and customer-driven content.
Lead the organization of trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility.
Create an AI-enhanced marketing operation to optimize research, drafting, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly within enterprise or industrial sectors such as aviation, logistics, supply chain, robotics, or defense.
Proven track record as a primary marketer in a growth-stage company, demonstrating the ability to build marketing functions from the ground up.
Expertise in marketing to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in supporting venture capital fundraising efforts, including narrative development and investor communications.
Exceptional writing skills for a variety of materials, including board narratives, case studies, social media content, and press releases.
