Key Responsibilities
The Director of People Operations will spearhead the enhancement of HR processes, systems, and interdependencies to ensure operational excellence throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for the HR technology strategy, its execution, and optimization. Collaborating closely with Technology, Compliance, and Information Security, you will deliver scalable, compliant, and employee-focused solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory standards, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain standardized and scalable HR processes and operating models within Core HR and our centers of excellence.
- Enhance HR operations by leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the HR technology roadmap in partnership with the CHRO and Technology leadership.
- Serve as the primary business owner for HR systems, ensuring they align with HR strategies and business needs.
- Collaborate with Technology teams on system architecture, integrations, data governance, security, and scalability.
- Implement automation, self-service, and digital-first solutions to boost efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Translate HR and business requirements into actionable technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Facilitate effective change management, communications, and training for the rollout of new systems and processes.
- Establish controls, documentation, and audit-ready processes across HR operations and technology.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout HR platforms.
- Work closely with Compliance and Information Security teams to uphold data privacy and security standards.
