Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Architecture & Revenue SystemsOversee the complete HubSpot CRM architecture, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, custom properties, and reporting.Design scalable revenue data models that connect CRM activities with pipeline and revenue outcomes.Establish and uphold data standards across the GTM stack, encompassing HubSpot, Airtable, outbound tools, and AI systems.Perform continual CRM audits to ensure data integrity, deduplication, and accuracy of attribution.Revenue Analytics & ReportingCreate reporting frameworks to monitor pipeline health, revenue velocity, conversion rates, and retention metrics.Develop dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into business performance.Present strategic revenue insights and performance reports to executive leadership.Construct client-facing analytics dashboards for operational reviews and strategic decision-making.RevOps Consulting & Client DeliveryConduct RevOps assessments and CRM audits for client organizations.Design and implement HubSpot and CRM infrastructure, including automation, integrations, and reporting.Serve as a senior RevOps advisor during client engagements, providing expertise on pipeline architecture, analytics, and systems strategy.Create playbooks and frameworks to facilitate scalable RevOps delivery.Systems Integration & AutomationDevelop and manage automation workflows using n8n or similar integration tools.
