The Role
As the Head of Reward reporting to the Reward Director, you will spearhead the holistic management of reward operations, encompassing pay, incentives, benefits, job evaluations, equity plans, and regulatory reporting. This role uniquely blends strategic insight with operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the annual salary review and bonus cycles, including modeling, governance, and executive reporting.
- Overseeing job evaluation, grading frameworks, and market benchmarking to ensure equitable and competitive pay structures.
- Managing the entire benefits portfolio and equity plans, ensuring compliance and commercial sustainability.
- Delivering statutory reporting (including Gender Pay Gap) and ensuring strong reward governance.
- Providing advanced analytics, modeling, and commercial insights to support senior decision-making.
You will operate at the intersection of HR, Finance, and Operations, influencing decisions that have a direct impact on thousands of colleagues.
