The Mitsis Group is welcoming applications for new positions at Mitsis Royal Mare in Crete.
Position: Head Waiter - Crete / Royal Mare
Location: Crete

Purpose
As a Head Waiter, you will support all tasks related to the smooth operation of the post, maintaining high service standards, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare your station (mise en place).
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and wine list.
- Serve customers in accordance with the Group’s hospitality standards.
- Organize and keep your work area clean.
- Monitor supplies at your station and inform your supervisor accordingly.
- Communicate with your supervisor regarding any issues.
Requirements
- Tourism education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage in a 4* or 5* hotel.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
