- Devise and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing safety awareness and skills.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans tailored to electrical and instrumentation scenarios.
- Conduct drills to assess and enhance the effectiveness of emergency response procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators associated with electrical and instrumentation safety.
- Compile and submit regular reports on HSE performance to project management.
- Perform routine site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the implementation of safe work practices.
- Oversee site conditions in accordance with the HSE Management system.
- Monitor the project HSE program and participate in HSE audits and inspections.
- Engage in site HSE training activities and conduct incident investigations and reporting.
- Address HSE-related issues at projects concerning our Company’s clients.
- Develop and oversee progress plans for HSE sections to align with local and international standards.
- Guide and direct HSE staff, ensuring compliance with HSE manuals and policies.
- Monitor safety programs to guarantee a safe and compliant work environment.
- Deliver and track new employee safety orientations. Develop engaging training programs to enhance employee awareness and enable safe work practices.
- Possess knowledge of ISO requirements and their monitoring.
- Review activity risk assessments where gaps have been identified.
