Qualifications
Required Qualifications:A relevant qualification in Fire Safety, Health & Safety, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in conducting fire risk assessments and/or health & safety assessments.In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional presentation of findings.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a field-based consultancy environment.Willingness to work autonomously, including remote working.Field coverage primarily in Central and Greater London, with occasional travel to other regions.Possession of a full UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points.Enhanced DBS check required (arranged by Karntek).Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in fire risk assessment is essential.NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification is desirable.Membership with IFSM, IFPO, or IFE is a plus.
