Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations at the power plant.
Regularly monitoring and inspecting adherence to HSE standards.
Maintaining incident records and proposing process improvements as necessary.
Conducting safety inspections within the facility.
Overseeing compliance with Greek legislation concerning health, safety, and environmental matters, as well as corporate standards.
Supporting the Permit to Work (PTW) process.
Performing job safety analyses and participating in risk assessments.
Assisting in incident analysis and monitoring corrective actions.
Updating safety training materials and developing training plans.
Participating in emergency response planning and drills.
Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safe operation of the facility.
Supporting compliance audits and monitoring waste management practices.
Inspecting safety equipment and ensuring proper selection and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Overseeing hazardous materials management.
