We are looking for an Architecture Design Coordinator to join our innovative Healthcare team. In this role, you will thrive in a culture that emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and personal growth. Our healthcare projects include notable endeavors such as the Hoag Hospital Expansion, Memorial Care Medical Foundation Office Building, and Hoag Orthopedic Institute Ambulatory Surgery Center. Collaborate with diverse teams across our offices in California and Texas, helping to bring community-focused, high-performance design to fruition.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Architecture Design Coordinator, you will be actively involved from concept through to completion. You will support and collaborate with project teams to:
Assist Project Architects, Designers, and Managers with specific assignments.
Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Create, develop, and implement design and detailing solutions.
Facilitate client and project coordination alongside Project Leaders.
Support contract administration by reviewing submittals and addressing RFIs.
Research materials, systems, and construction methods to support the design intent.
Mentor junior designers while receiving guidance from senior team members.
