No prior experience in hearing healthcare is necessary. This role offers a fulfilling consultative sales opportunity with high earning potential, all while contributing to the well-being of individuals experiencing hearing loss.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers on-site to discuss their hearing challenges.
Establish a foundation of trust and empathy right from the beginning.
Provide education on the long-term impacts of hearing loss.
Conduct various assessments and guide customers through their results.
Recommend the most suitable products based on the customer’s unique requirements.
Facilitate demonstrations to allow customers to experience their selected devices.
Ensure proper fitting of hearing aids for customers.
Offer ongoing support and aftercare to maintain customer satisfaction and comfort with their devices.
