As a key member of our helpdesk team, you will provide top-notch technical support directly to our users. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring our desktop and laptop systems, ensuring optimal uptime, efficiency, and predictability. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach will be essential in meeting response time expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with an expectation of being onsite Monday to Friday.
