Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for both Wintel and Mac environments.- Assist users with hardware and software issues.- Maintain and manage network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN setups.- Utilize Microsoft Active Directory and other authentication protocols as needed.Basic Qualifications:- A minimum of 2 years of experience with computer technologies, including hardware, network, and software.- Proficiency in supporting Wintel and Mac computers.- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.- Familiarity with basic networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and wireless authentication.- Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret technical data and provide effective solutions.- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.- Must hold an Operating System Certification (Windows 10, Server 2012, or Linux).
