Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding IT service and support to TransPerfect employees in the Seoul office and other global sites.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, USB devices, etc.).
Respond swiftly to daily support requests, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution.
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve desktop hardware and software issues for a diverse user base.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and an accurate inventory of computing equipment and peripherals.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or management when necessary.
Build, image, and deploy new desktops and laptops in accordance with company standards.
