Lotte, Caregiver IG of the ‘de Oogstappel’ department
Your Role
As our new colleague, you will work in the ‘de Oogstappel’ department at the Sint Petrus location in Boekel. This somatic unit houses sixteen residents, including one couple. You will be a vital member of a young, friendly, and passionate team that values collaboration. Regular team activities, such as an upcoming dinner, are part of our culture, with previous outings including visits from 'De Alleskunner', a popular television show.
As a Helpende Plus, you will provide care and support to residents in a warm and homely environment. The department features a communal living room known as 'de salon', which serves as a gathering space for the residents. The primary care needs are somatic, with several residents experiencing early stages of dementia. Together, you will promote the self-sufficiency of the residents through observation, signaling, and discussions regarding their well-being.
The working hours are between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with a fixed night duty team in place. Occasionally, you may be asked to cover a night shift.

A permanent employment contract for 16 to 32 hours per week.

Who You Are
You possess a diploma as a Helpende Plus or a Helpende diploma and are willing to pursue a Helpende Plus training course funded by BrabantZorg.
