The successful candidate will possess sales expertise in HIV or at least one of the following areas: infectious disease, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, or Diabetes. Familiarity with specialty injectables and infusion reimbursement is highly desirable. In this specialized role, you will work collaboratively within your territory to promote an injectable and infused product aimed at treating HIV. You will play a crucial role in the EVERSANA/Theratechnologies sales team, responsible for developing and managing your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize key customers, healthcare providers, and institutions to maximize product sales and market share.
- Continuously analyze sales performance and implement improvements to achieve sales goals.
- Act as the primary sales driver with customers, working closely with cross-functional partners to create and execute effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales territory budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data for timely reporting.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in HIV treatment to engage in informed discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding sales and marketing.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism in all customer and healthcare professional interactions.
