We are seeking a dedicated clinician to provide exceptional care for our pediatric patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and work closely with families to implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations for pediatric patients to understand their physical conditions, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals.
Develop and update tailored treatment plans, assessing and measuring patients’ strength and flexibility.
Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other care team members to ensure holistic patient care.
Demonstrate therapeutic exercises that facilitate daily activities and alleviate discomfort for pediatric patients.
Evaluate home environments of pediatric patients and recommend modifications to enhance their care.
Educate families on how to support and accommodate the needs of their pediatric patients.
Monitor and report on patient progress regarding established goals, preparing documentation for healthcare providers and insurance entities.
Complete clinical notes promptly using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Participate in meetings and case conferences to promote coordinated and effective care for all patients.
