Join our dynamic B2C Sales Department, specifically focusing on home sales, as a Home Sales Facilitator (F/H) based in the Brittany region. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth, engagement, and performance of a network of home sales representatives. Your mission is to train and support your team to maximize sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Sales Activities: You will actively prospect and sell Free's fiber offers to meet your established targets. Being present in the field allows you to identify and report any on-site challenges to your superiors.
- Team Organization and Planning: You will plan team field tours, prioritize areas based on objectives, and manage schedules while considering your own prospecting time.
- Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment process of home sales representatives, provide training, ensure smooth onboarding, and facilitate quick skill development.
- Sales Coaching and Animation: Implement necessary actions to optimize the performance of sales representatives through coaching and commercial activities. Organize and lead team meetings and training sessions.
- Performance Monitoring and Management: Analyze sales results and develop action plans to enhance team performance. Ensure proper reporting to management.
- Leadership and Team Management: Act as an inspiring leader, fostering a vibrant team spirit while maintaining close relationships with the sales network.
- Support underperforming sales representatives, nurture talent, and reduce turnover.
