Position Title: Hospital Sales Representative

Summary of Position:
The Hospital Sales Representative plays a crucial role in achieving and surpassing sales and performance goals within their designated territory. This includes financial metrics that are met through a collaborative, solutions-driven sales strategy. The primary focus will be on Hospital Accounts, Hospital-affiliated Outpatient Treatment Centers, and their associated healthcare practitioners. Additionally, the representative will target specialty office-based practices as outlined in the territory call plan.
Position Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by fostering demand within key accounts.
- Formulate, implement, and assess territory strategies, ensuring the engagement of essential stakeholders to boost product utilization.
- Guide hospital and specialty clients through the sales continuum, securing prescriber commitments through effective communication and the use of approved marketing materials.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of promoted products, competitor offerings, disease states, patient demographics, and treatment pathways.
- Excel in a complex, matrixed selling environment where collaboration and cross-functional teamwork are vital, working closely with Territory Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations colleagues.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with field-based teams to ensure appropriate support for customers and develop effective pull-through strategies.
- Execute strategies that encourage the adoption and utilization of Paratek products among suitable patient populations.
- Leverage data tools and insights to inform business decision-making processes.
- Utilize CRM technology to accurately and timely report activities and account-level details.
- Manage the distribution of samples, adhering to company policies and PDMA guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
