Your Responsibilities:
As a Hospitality Associate, you will be the face of our clinic in Baarn. Your role is to ensure clients feel welcomed, calm, and well-supported from arrival to departure.
You will:
Greet clients warmly and professionally;
Guide them through their consultation day, providing clarity on what to expect;
Maintain a serene and pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area;
Answer questions and engage actively;
Support colleagues in daily operations;
Exhibit an open and proactive attitude;
Ensure accurate and efficient administration processes.
