Warmly welcome all guests upon their arrival and departure at the hotel, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Accompany guests to their rooms as needed, providing assistance and information.
Help with the transfer, storage, and handling of guests' luggage and personal belongings, responding promptly to their requests for assistance.
Assist the Front Desk team with check-in and check-out procedures as required.
Act as a Lobby Ambassador by managing the flow of traffic in the lobby and assisting guests to guarantee a smooth and welcoming arrival experience.
