- Join our team in a dynamic role combining responsibilities at the front desk and in housekeeping during the second shift.
- Front Desk pay starts at $15.50/hr while Housekeeping pay is $15/hr.
- Utilize our hotel reservation system (LMS) to assist customers with booking their stays.
- Collaborate with Marketing to manage special event reservations effectively.
- Welcome hotel guests and facilitate the check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure the security and integrity of guest rooms and their contents.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned guest rooms according to our high company standards, which include:
- Changing bed linens
- Collecting used bath linens and replacing them with fresh items.
- Dusting all hard surfaces
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Thoroughly cleaning bathroom fixtures including sink, counters, tubs or showers, and toilets.
- Replenishing essential room amenities such as tissues and soaps.
- Stocking the supply cart with necessary cleaning supplies.
- Updating room statuses and completing required departmental paperwork.
- Reporting any maintenance issues in guest rooms to the housekeeping office.
- Promptly addressing guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
