The Role...
As a Hotel Greeter at Soho House, your primary responsibility is to safeguard the well-being of all members, guests, and staff, ensuring a seamless Soho House experience. It is vital to monitor site activities throughout the premises while having a solid understanding of local laws and regulations that facilitate the daily operations of a bustling members club, hotel, spa, gym, beach/pool, and food and beverage services.
An ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, punctual, and maintain a professional yet approachable demeanor. Your keen attention to detail, follow-through, multitasking abilities, and prioritization skills will be critical in managing your responsibilities while remaining composed and focused on achieving set goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and guide all members and guests with hospitality.
- Foster relationships with members and guests, relaying any concerns or commendations to management.
- Address guest-related issues promptly, ensuring action items are established and management is informed.
- Contribute to a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.
- Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
- Ensure that events and experiences uphold the Soho House standards while remaining safe and compliant with local regulations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and secure work environment.
- Manage traffic flow by directing foot traffic appropriately.
- Safeguard the organization's reputation by adhering to legal requirements.
