Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold high cleanliness standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, which includes precise bed-making, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a spotless environment.
- Efficiently complete cleaning tasks within the time allocated by the management.
- Work in harmony with team members to achieve daily cleaning objectives and operational targets.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental standards.
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively—comprehensive training and tools will be provided.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with colleagues, guests, and contractors to foster a positive and respectful workplace culture.
Shift Information:
- Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts commence between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Hourly Compensation (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour
