Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of all assigned floors at the start and end of your shift, removing service trays and trash while identifying areas that require immediate attention.
Efficiently manage the removal of soiled linens, towels, and trash from housekeeping carts, ensuring proper recycling of materials where applicable.
Utilize extraction and spotting methods to maintain carpets in pristine condition.
Perform preventative maintenance on furniture to minimize wear and tear, including the rotation of mattresses and box springs.
Deep clean guest rooms, focusing on carpets, upholstery, and bathroom tiles, ensuring a thorough and detailed approach.
Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, elevators, service areas, and stairwells, prioritizing safety and security.
Assist housekeepers with the removal of rollaways and the stripping of rooms as needed.
Report any found or missing items, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.
Address guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Communicate any guest issues or complaints to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.
Ensure linen closets are stocked with necessary supplies, including soap and shampoo.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
