- Lead daily team briefings and effectively manage housekeeping tasks assigned to your team.
- Ensure all guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee the upkeep of public areas throughout the property.
- Restock guest supplies and promptly fulfill guest requests to enhance their experience.
- Address and report any damage or malfunction within hotel rooms.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment.
- Keep an accurate section floor report for the assigned area.
- Conduct regular inspections and checklists for guest rooms.
- Report any unusual behavior or activities in guest areas to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Maintain accurate records of room status in your designated section.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in evaluating team members' attendance and performance.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel fire and life safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Participate in all briefings, meetings, and training sessions designated by management.
- Consistently uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
