Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the team
- Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping protocols, cleaning methods, and equipment usage
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for task coordination and guest interaction
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software is advantageous.
*Work Schedule: Flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the hotel's operational needs.*
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and cleaners.
Assign tasks, manage scheduling, and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
Operational Support:
Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and inventory control.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to protocols.
Training and Development:
Onboard new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and guest service expectations.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve team efficiency and service quality.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality of cleaning services, address any shortcomings, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
