As a Houseperson at Westgate Resorts, you will play a vital role in ensuring a delightful experience for our owners and guests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting property. You will assist in housekeeping operations by preparing supplies, delivering essential items, and performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting housekeeping teams by stocking totes and carts with necessary supplies and delivering them as instructed.
- Delivering clean linens and other supplies to housekeeping staff as required.
- Collecting and disposing of trash and soiled linens from guest units.
- Helping to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor and common areas, including patios, patio furniture, BBQ areas, and other exterior spaces.
- Carrying out light maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the property remains safe and well-maintained.
- Providing backup support to housekeeping staff when necessary.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and completing other duties as assigned.
