As a key member of the People & Organization team, you will assist the P&O Team Lead in managing all HR-related topics at the plant, ensuring smooth operations throughout the Employee Life Cycle—from recruitment to onboarding and exit processes.
You will handle various core administrative tasks, including drafting employment and termination contracts, amendments, certificates, and references. Additionally, you will maintain employee master data and records in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity.
In collaboration with the P&O Team Lead, you will address labor law inquiries and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
You will implement essential HR processes at the plant level, such as employee discussions, talent reviews, BEM meetings, and training management.
Contributing to employee retention and engagement initiatives, you will bring your ideas to enhance our HR culture.
You will take responsibility for the entire recruitment process for both skilled and non-skilled positions—from clarifying hiring needs to onboarding. Simultaneously, you will refine our recruitment processes and actively work on improving the candidate experience.
As the time management representative at our location, you will oversee the maintenance of our time management systems and ensure a seamless payroll preparation process.
