Job Title: HR Benefits Specialist
Reports To: HR Director

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote flexibility)
Compensation: The estimated salary range is $85,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

The HR Benefits Specialist will oversee the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee perks. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication of benefits to employees, managing the enrollment and eligibility processes, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
