Role of HR Business Partner at Mercari
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Mercari is a crucial team that integrates deeply into our organization to strategize and execute various HR and organizational strategies aimed at driving business success.
As we prepare for the next growth phase, HRBPs are tasked with identifying and solving HR and organizational challenges, closely collaborating with leaders and team members to commit to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement culture initiatives related to our mission and values.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute staffing plans for assigned organizations.
- Enhance engagement across teams and employees.
- Oversee employee career development and talent management.
- Manage employee relations and compliance.
- Coordinate with our Center of Excellence on HR planning and system design.
- Examples of initiatives include Strategic Workforce Planning, manager development programs, onboarding processes, Talent Reviews, and enhancing internal communications.
