Join our dynamic Human Resources team at Wavestone, where our mission is to establish ourselves as a renowned and sustainable employer in the consulting sector both in France and internationally. As part of the Human Resources Development Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our rapid growth within a highly competitive landscape.
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our HR strategy, assisting new talents and their managers throughout their journey at Wavestone. You will engage in various HR operations within a specific business unit in France, a functional team, or one of our international offices as we expand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the design and implementation of high-quality HR processes
Acting as the preferred HR contact for employees and their managers, you will cultivate close relationships that enable you to address a variety of issues with confidence. You will have a keen understanding of the HR climate and will proactively offer suggestions to management teams.
You will actively participate in the success of HR processes by producing necessary reports (including dashboards and tracking HR performance indicators). Your focus will particularly be on salary policies, talent reviews, risk situations, and training initiatives. You will communicate these actions and results to both HR management teams and employees to foster engagement.
On an individual level, your role will involve raising awareness among each employee and manager about our HR policies and their application. You will advise them on existing HR provisions (training, career development, parental leave, diversity, internal mobility, etc.). You will ensure the execution of annual review campaigns and associated salary reviews while coaching teams in their preparation. Additionally, you will support teams in managing risk situations and implement individual action plans to maintain a positive work environment.
